New projects are assessed against geometry, volume, tooling investment and supporting operations.
MIM injection molding, debinding and sintering are performed in-house. Specialist partners manufacture tooling, while Chuangle coordinates requirements and production review.
Plastic overmolding and plastic-cap operations are handled by external partners. Silicone rings are also externally supplied, with multiple factories coordinating the metal and non-metal components.
Silicone sealing rings can support project sealing and waterproofing requirements. Performance must be tested with the tray, ring, housing interface and assembly conditions.
Share drawings or sample photographs, together with the intended application and supply requirements. We will review the component geometry to discuss MIM forming, secondary operations and inspection.
Finished condition, subsequent processing and project validation requirements are agreed during project review.
